With an extensive background in dance and training, Hannah designed a full body workout for you to move freely but to the beat of the music. Hannah’s “Booty Camp” class starts with an activating warm up to get your heart rate up and prepare your muscles, a HIIT circuit, and then a burn out to finish with resistance training and dance.
